What happen after I buy a recipe?

When you buy a single recipe or a package with multiple recipe, you will receive an email confirmation and you will be assigned with a member of our team who will get in touch with you, collecting all the practical info, your needs and your specific request for the recipe development. Depending on the number of recipe and their requirements, it will be assigned to you an estimated time for the delivery of the products.

What format will the recipe be delivered?

Recipes are usually delivered in Pdf. but any format can be processed upon request. 

I need detailed plating instructions, what can I do?

Usually each recipe comes with simple written plating instructions. 

Detailed plating instructions and manuals are offered as extra services. Please send us a message and we will tailor a customized offer for you.

The recipe measurement looks wrong. What should I do?

You will always have time to test the recipe before to approve it via upwork and revisions are included for free in any offer.  However many factors can impact the reliability of the recipe when ingredients are substituted or not used. We will support you until your product will work for your need.
